1. Shipping Address Accuracy
All orders placed with Dr Groot are shipped to the address entered at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are accurate and complete, including street name, house or apartment number, postal code, and any additional delivery instructions.
Incorrect or incomplete address information may result in delays, failed delivery attempts, or returned packages.
2. Recipient Availability
Please ensure that someone is available at the shipping address to receive the package. Carriers may attempt delivery more than once. If delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the package may be held at a local postal facility for a limited period before being returned.
If the package is not collected within the carrier’s designated timeframe, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
3. Address Errors and Undeliverable Orders
Dr Groot is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to address errors, a new shipping fee will be required to resend the package. Refunds are not issued for delivery failures caused by incorrect shipping information.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. This processing period includes order verification, quality control, packaging, and dispatch.
5. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
For international shipments, tracking updates may take several business days to become active after shipment.
6. Estimated Delivery Timeframe
Estimated delivery time typically ranges from 10 to 20 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on destination country, customs clearance procedures, and local postal services.
Delays caused by customs inspections, carrier disruptions, holidays, or force majeure events are beyond our control.
7. Product Origin and Split Shipments
Products offered by Dr Groot Labs may be shipped from international fulfillment centers.
In certain cases, items within the same order may be shipped separately if dispatched from different warehouses. Separate tracking details will be provided when applicable.
8. Shipping Methods and Delivery Attempts
Orders are shipped using standard postal or courier services.
If delivery attempts fail, the package may be redirected to a local postal office for pickup. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and collecting their package within the carrier’s holding period.
9. Lost or Delayed Shipments
